COOPERATION AGREEMENT

Pursuant to the mission and educational objectives of the Faculty of Foreign Languages - Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the operational functions, business direction, and cooperation needs of Green Education Investment Joint Stock Company;

Pursuant to the minutes of the working session dated May 25, 2025, between representatives of the leadership of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade and Green Education Investment Joint Stock Company;

            Today, May 29, 2025, at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, we consist of:

            PARTY A: FACULTY OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES – HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

            PARTY B: GREEN EDUCATION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY

            Both parties have discussed and mutually agreed to execute this Cooperation Agreement with the following terms and conditions:

 

            Article 1. Scope of Cooperation

            After discussions, both Parties agree to execute this Cooperation Agreement with the following terms and conditions:

            Article 1: Objectives of Cooperation

            Both Parties agree to enter into this Cooperation Agreement to establish a collaborative relationship for mutual development, maximizing the strengths of both Parties and serving the community.

            Article 2: Content of Cooperation

            2.1. Support from GREEN EDUCATION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY

(i) Consider accepting or connecting Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade students for field visits, practical training, internships, and graduation thesis projects, with intake numbers and positions depending on the Company's actual needs;

(ii) Support training activities, innovation, entrepreneurship, science and technology, as well as the application of the University's research results into the Company's practical operations;

(iii) Participate in co-organizing job fairs and career orientation programs for students with the University, along with workshops to enhance learners' awareness of fields relevant to both the University and the Company;

(iv) Give priority to hiring graduates of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade to work at the Company;

(v) Participate in community service activities to enhance the role, prestige, and brand reputation of both the University and the Company;

(vi) Be permitted to use the University's logo to elevate the prestige and brand reputation of both parties within the framework of the law, provided that the University's image and logo shall not be exploited for unlawful acts.

            2.2. Support from Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade

(i) Promote the Company's Name and Logo on the website of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade;

(ii) Communicate job and career opportunities from Party B on the official information portals of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade. Promotional activities shall be conducted in accordance with the current procedures of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade;

(iii) Provide a list of students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade who wish to participate in recruitment programs, field visits at the Company, and conferences/workshops co-organized by both parties;

(iv) Notify and invite Party B to attend workshops, career fairs, activities related to training, innovation, entrepreneurship, scientific research, and technology transfer, or events relevant to Party B;

(v) Assist the Company in technology development, business and production innovation, operational process standardization, human resources enhancement training, and addressing issues of Party B that Party A is capable of supporting in accordance with State regulations;

(vi) Be permitted to use Party B's logo to elevate the prestige and brand reputation of both parties within the framework of the law, provided that the Company's image and logo shall not be exploited for unlawful acts.

            Article 3: Implementation

            Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade appoints Mr. Tran Tin Nghi, Title: Dean of Faculty of Foreign Languages, Phone number: 0906687662, as the contact point to coordinate and implement the commitments set forth in Article 2 of this Cooperation Agreement.

            Green Education Investment Joint Stock Company appoints Mr. Nguyen Van Ne, Title: Director, Phone number: 0909762812, Email: nevn@geic.edu.vn, as the contact point to coordinate and implement the commitments set forth in Article 2 of this Cooperation Agreement.

            Article 4: General Provisions and Effectiveness

4.1. Both Parties commit to strictly performing the provisions set forth in this Cooperation Agreement and shall not unilaterally terminate or cancel the Agreement. Any amendment or supplement to this Agreement must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both Parties.

4.2. Both Parties commit to promptly notifying each other of any issues arising during the implementation of the Agreement and to resolving such issues together on the basis of the Agreement in a spirit of goodwill and mutual cooperation.

4.3. This Cooperation Agreement shall be effective for a period of one (01) year from the date of signing. Upon expiration of this term, the Parties shall jointly discuss and agree that, if deemed appropriate, the cooperation may be maintained for subsequent years without requiring the execution of a new agreement.

4.4. This Cooperation Agreement is executed in two (02) original Vietnamese copies of equal legal validity, with each Party retaining one (01) copy for implementation.
