On July 23, 2026, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT) and DTP Education Solutions Vietnam Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in foreign language education and learning-material development.

Under the agreement, the two parties will collaborate on implementing general English coursebooks, e-learning systems, digital learning materials, foreign language proficiency testing and assessment, and international English certificate programmes. They will also develop a digital learning ecosystem and provide limited rights to use digital resources—including e-books, images, videos, question banks, and other materials—for the development of electronic lessons and online courses and their integration into the University’s learning management system.

In addition, the two organisations will strengthen their cooperation in organising professional training sessions and academic workshops, building connections with businesses, supporting student internships, and expanding career opportunities for students.

The Memorandum of Understanding will remain effective for five years and is expected to promote digital transformation, enhance the quality of foreign language teaching, and strengthen students’ capacity for international integration.
