The admission criteria for the English Linguistics major and Chinese Linguistics for each admission method in 2025 are as follows:

• Method 1: Admission based on the 2025 High School Graduation Examination results.
• Method 2: Admission based on High School Academic Transcripts from Grade 10, Grade 11, and Grade 12.
• Method 3: Admission based on the results of the 2025 Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) organized by the Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM).
• Method 4: Direct Admission in accordance with the current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
• Method 5: Admission based on the results of the Specialized Competency Assessment organized by the Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, combined with High School Academic Transcripts for the subject groups corresponding to each major.
